Join the Comox Valley Conservation and Stewardship Community for a day long celebration of the watersheds and waterways that connect us all in the Comox Valley! Learn about restoration and habitat enhancement projects, salmon cycles, drinking water, forests, creeks, wetlands and estuaries – and so much more. Art projects, kids activities, volunteer engagement opportunities, hands on learning and guided walks – all looking out over the beautiful Puntledge River. Pack a picnic and stay for the day! 'Book a spot' below for your youth for our 6th annual Giving in Thanksgiving event and ensure you have submitted a 2026/27 School Year Waiver for your youth/s to attend. EVENT DETAILS: Friday, October 9th 4:30 - 9PM $10 to attend Your youth can also get involved by sponsoring a care package or donating non-perishable food items. - Protein drinks - Fruit cups & pouches - Granola bars - Single oatmeal packets - Juice boxes - Peel-top soups - Peel-top noodle cups - Single wrapped cookies - Pocket Kleenex tissues - Hot chocolate packets EXTRA ITEMS: - Female hygiene products, ladies' underwear, ponchos.
